When we signed Owen up for soccer, we had a pretty good idea he would have a great time and that he would learn a lot from organized sports. We had no idea that we would have almost as much fun as he did! Tuesday was Owen's first big game of the season and it was one of the funnest activities we have done with Owen so far. We yelled. We cheered. We laughed until tears rolled down our faces.

Go Owen! I think I'll sign Meg up for soccer just so I can laugh (until we cry) on the sideline as the ENTIRE team huddles around the moving ball with their little, uncoordinated legs. Sounds like so much fun. How nice to have a special cake made just for the occasion.
How fun. Looks like you are in for years of chauffeuring kids around! What a great time. Soccer was a big part of our life and it was so fun. Good job Owen!
How fun I love soccer and watching games... I wish one of the girls liked to play but maybe Riley will when he gets older...
