Our little family has been under the weather this past week or so to say the least. It started with Sam and Owen coming down with croup over the Easter weekend which turned into colds (for all of us), eye infections(Sam & Owen), an ear infection (Owen), and a sinus infections(Brad). Poor Brad has the worst of it. The boys are doing much better now but if anyone is near our house in the next few days, I would suggest holding your breath! You don't want this!
On a lighter note, I was looking at my friend Sarah's blog this morning and she posted about an online book club/reference site called Shelfari. You create an free online bookshelf where you can rate the books you are reading and invite friends and family to do the same. It also provides a "bookshelf" to post on your blog. As a serious book worm, I love to get recommendations for my next good read. I don't have all of your e-mail address to formally invite you but would love to add you to my book list if you're interested. Just leave me your e-mail and I'll sign you up. Jenn! It's so great to hear from you! How did you find out about our blog?! I am new at the blogspot yet, but I am understanding little by little and wonder how people find us. It's a good thing for people who I know and love to find us and to keep in touch. Sorry y'all have been so sick, my boy did well all winter long and when the spring started to come, he got hit quite a few time with the cold. It DOES seem like your kids are always sick. Maybe when the weather warms up, it will all be over...at least for the summer!
